Atelier Banh Mi - Summer in French

From absolute beginners to advanced learners alike, this cutting edge curriculum uses a task-based approach to improve the pronunciation, vocabulary and grammar skills students need to gain confidence in the language and succeed academically.

As a native-French speaker and bilingual educator, I use fun and engaging class activities like “Atelier Banh mi” to motivate students in a positive learning environment while exploring the cultural aspects of young Francophones in the world.

Teens both local and international practice their French in a relaxed and conversational way through cultural discovery activities. Atelier Banh Mi was designed to share the origin, the vocabulary and how to prepare a Banh Mi sandwich, a French-inspired baguette with Vietnamese meats and pickled vegetables.
